Hot tub moving in Toronto

Local hot tub movers for Toronto

Toronto is where most of our hot tub moves happen. From semi-detached homes with a shared side path to big lots in Etobicoke and Scarborough, we move, remove and deliver hot tubs in every part of the city.

Toronto backyards are often reached through a narrow gate, a laneway or a gap between two houses. Our crew turns the tub on its side, walks it through on heavy-duty dollies and protects the fences, siding and interlock on the way. When there is truly no path, we arrange a crane through an independent crane company to lift the tub over the house, quoted upfront.

How a Toronto hot tub move works

From photos to placed, with no surprises

  1. Send photos and measurements

Text us photos of the tub and the path from where it sits to where it's going, plus the tub's length, width and height if you have them.

The space we need depends on your tub. Turned on its side, the tub's width sets how wide the gate or path has to be. We'll confirm from your photos.

  2. Get a flat rate fast

We reply with one flat price, usually within the hour. If the yard can't be reached by hand, we arrange a crane through an independent crane company and include it in the quote.

  3. Moving day

We disconnect power, pad the tub, protect your yard and move it on heavy-duty dollies, by trailer, or by crane when needed. Then we set it level where you want it, ready for your licensed electrician to reconnect.

FAQ

Hot tub moving in Toronto: quick answers

How much does it cost to move a hot tub in Toronto?

A ground-level move on the same property is $250, and deck or elevated access is up to $400. Moves within the city average around $400. Crane jobs start at $1,500 for the crane. Text photos to 647-204-0632 and you'll get a flat rate for your Toronto job before we start.

Do you do hot tub removal and disposal in Toronto?

Yes. We disconnect the power, take the old tub out of the yard, deck or patio and haul it away on our trailer, recycling where possible.

Do you disconnect and reconnect the electrical?

We disconnect power as part of every move. Reconnection must be done by a licensed electrician, and we're happy to recommend one. Draining is an extra fee.

How much space do you need to get a hot tub through the gate?

It depends on your tub. We usually turn the tub on its side, so its width sets how wide the gate or path has to be. Send us the tub's measurements and a photo of the gate and path, and we'll confirm before moving day. If there's no way around the house, we can arrange a crane.

Can you come the same day in Toronto?

Sometimes. If we're already working in or near Toronto and the schedule allows, we can do same-day moves, but it isn't guaranteed. Text us photos and we'll tell you the earliest time we can come.

Do you move hot tubs in winter?

Yes, we move hot tubs year-round, including in snow. Clearing snow and ice from the path before we arrive helps the move go quickly and safely.

Do I need a permit for a crane lift in Toronto?

Most crane lifts are done from the driveway. If the crane has to set up on the street, a temporary road permit may be needed. We arrange the crane through an independent crane company and will tell you upfront if a permit applies to your job.

Are you insured?

Yes, we're fully insured and WSIB covered, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for realtors or property managers.
